Our last breath of fresh air in the Church was Pope John XXlll.

The only way for Pope Francis to establish reasonable and theological changes...changes already made by the Laity - "the Body of the Church"...is to declare them "EX Cathedra" under the Doctrine of  Infallibility of the Pope in matters of Faith and Doctrine.

And the time is overdue.
