campaign must maintain to be effective. But the mission will
always
be the same: common sense, based upon facts and "real politick",
supported
by a visceral sense of Justice and a commitment to be
pro-active.

There is a very useful saying in Italian: "CHI MI LO FAR' FARE?" "WHO MAKES ME DO IT"?
A
steadily increasing number of physicians are asking themselves this
question in these recent and current years, as they find themselves
mumbling: "I don't get no respect."
And they (we) don't. We find ourselves increasingly playing second
fiddle to the Suits and to the health insurance companies that are
practicing Medicine without a license... given their power of the
purse.
But Not I. I am a diagnostician, a clinician, a people - person...and I Would Rather Fight Than Switch.
Nevertheless, I do have choices, in this, my 65th year of medical practice - in addition to the practice of Health Law.

HOW ANOTHER "HALF" LIVES.
The
"Drug Trade" is very likely actively protected by every legitimate
government in the world with payoffs in the many billions of dollars.
And
why did the "legitimate governments" fighting for 20 (or was it 40 or
60) years in Afghanistan (which produces 90% of the world's opium
supply) not destroy that crop totally and permanently and logically
when they had the chance - replacing it with other cash crops? You can
find that modest proposal made several times in my Rapid Response
offerings during those years.

statement has been true since Cain killed Abel, since the first caveman
emerged from his cave with his first "tool" (a club), since the first
enslavements, the first wars, the first tyrannies....
And it has been true since the founding of America.
The American Revolution was our first Civil War. See: "Friends, Enemies, Countrymen", by Bartle Bull (in WSJ November 20,21, 2021, C7).
The "Civil War", with the decades leading up to it, was our second Civil War.
The
100 years during and following "Reconstruction", was certainly an
uneven civil war among southern Whites, Blacks and Abolitionists.
Viet Nam in its later years was a form of insurrection by a large percentage of Americans opposed by that construct of Lies.
And
now we have the possibility of more massive civil unrest, based upon
the Leftist excesses of 2016-2020, the suspicions and actions
surrounding the Election of 2020, the hare-brained and destructive
policies of the *Biden Administration, and the ignorance / stupidity of
too many of the current two younger generations. See: "The Impossible Insurrection of Jan. 6.", by Barton Swaim (WSJ Opinion, November 20-211, 2021).
Our "Fail-Safe" positions are the coming elections of 2022 and 2024.

JAPAN: an important ally, especially now that it has decided to re-arm. And it has strong opinions re. Taiwan and China.
SOUTH KOREA: another ally, busy with the North.
NORTH KOREA: they will continue to arm, worried about China and Russia more than USA. Keep talking...and also feed them!
TAIWAN: "ONE CHINA"...BS. That ended a long time ago, when those people became INDEPENDENT. DEFEND THEM!
CHINA: our most dangerous Enemy! WAKE UP, AMERICA, BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.
INDIA:
that has become the "inscrutable" one, especially under the current
leadership. But I think it can be depended upon as a counterweight
against China and Pakistan.
PAKISTAN: a nuclear adversary in
disguise. The main reason, together with Russia and Iran, why we were
not allowed to "win" in Afghanistan! But they are playing a necessary
(for them) multi-faceted game. So we support them.
IRAN: A PERMANENT - AND NUCLEAR - ENEMY. Anything else is dangerous delusion or self-service, whether by us or by other nations.
SYRIA: a client State, and certainly not ours. Probably Russia's. And Turkey's permanent adversary.
TURKEY; a Leftist tyranny...and an undependable NATO ally. Can't do much about that for now.
RUSSIA / PUTIN: "I DON'T GET NO RESPECT": PUTIN AS DANGERFIELD. That's his problem and his motivation...and ours.
THE NATO MEMBERS AND THE EU. Dependable in a real crisis, but committed to individual self-service otherwise.
GREAT BRITAIN: always a dependable ally, especially since she left the EU. "Two peoples separated by a common language".
CANADA
AND MEXICO: great land-mass protections from the rest of the
world...except for Russia - 90 miles away. But sometimes barely
"sympathico".
ISRAEL: our 51st State. A great ally, our first line
of defense in an unpredictable and unstable neighborhood including
established nations like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE...and all of the
instability inherent in a divided Islam.
And then there is Us:
VERY DIVIDED POLITICALLY, thanks to the self-serving divisive work of
Democrats and Leftists on the Black Community over decades...and now
thanks to the failure of education and maturation of at least two
generations.
As some wise man has said: "YOU CAN'T TREAT STUPID!"

section a few days ago. Regarding the Division: hang in there until the
elections of 2022 and 2024. If Common Sense and Patriotism and Morality

The criminal justice system must be able to operate free of outside influences - and especially free of intimidation.

All of those who break that expectation should be at least charged with a misdemeanor (one year in jail) and should each be tried in criminal court.
