EVER HEARD OF A HERD OF CATS?

It has often been said, by those with experience, that trying to get a group of doctors to agree on something is like herding cats.

A hospital was considering adding a new wing.  They decided to poll the doctors and get their opinion on the new addition.  Here are some of the comments:

Allergists voted to...scratch it.

Dermatologists decided it was best...not to make any rash moves.

Gastroenterologists had a...gut feeling about it.

Neurologists thought the hospital administration...had some nerve.

Opthalmologists saw the entire scheme as...short-sighted.

Orthopedists staged a...joint protest.

Pathologists said...”over our dead bodies”

Pediatricians advised everyone to...just grow up.

Radiologists could...see right through the plan.

Podiatrists thought...it would be a step in the right direction.

Anesthesiologists thought...it would be a gas.

Cardiologists didn’t...have the heart to say no.

General Surgeons...washed their hands of the whole idea.
and
Proctologists said...”no deal, because we’re all in arrears”.

“right”.......GS
